The Legend
Why the name
The White Stag, elusive and rare. Our forefathers may have caught a glimpse in some hidden glade in the woods, seen it moving ghost-like across the wild moors, or stood high on a rocky outcrop, crowned against the sky.
Hunters of old pursued the miraculous stag not because they expected to kill it, but because it led them on a lifetime journey. We look on the White Stag as a metaphor for seeking God and pursuing faith — a desire written on the heart of every man, ready to be awakened.

How much is a haircut?
You'll see the exact price for every service and barber on the booking page before you confirm — no surprises in the chair.
Do you take walk-ins?
We run on appointments, and slots genuinely fill fast — back-to-school week sells out days ahead. Booking online is the sure way in. Set on a walk-in? Call (417) 823-9192 and we'll tell you straight if a chair is open.
Can I get my beard done in the same visit?
Yes — add your beard when you book a Zero/Bald Fade or Original Cut. Full sculpting and razor work included in the beard services on the menu.
Which barber should I pick?
Reed (the owner) is the well-rounded chair for anything from unique styles to classic looks. Austyn is your guy for modern, trending cuts. KP has ten years in and shines on gentleman-style clean cuts. You can't really miss.
What if I need to cancel?
Give us at least 12 hours notice so another client can take the slot. Less than that counts as a no-show, and three no-shows bring a fee. Full details on the cancelation policy page.
When are you open?
Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Closed Sunday and Monday. Book ahead and you'll never bump into it.
