Cancelation policy
Give us at least 12 hours notice before canceling any appointment. Anything less counts as a no-show.
After three no-shows, a cancelation fee equal to the price of the service is charged to the card on file, and online booking is closed for that client — walk-in only, if the barber has time.
Here's why it matters. We book ahead, and every client deserves a fair shot at an open slot. When someone cancels inside 12 hours, that chair usually sits empty — with notice, the barber has time to fill it.
Our barbers count on that revenue to take care of their families. Respect the chair, respect the clients waiting on it — if you can't make it, tell us 12 hours out and we're square.
